- Communication records from forms, WhatsApp, phone and email related to your enquiry.

3. How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide brokerage services in Dubai.
- To send follow-up information relevant to your request (including property options in AED where applicable).
- To operate, secure and improve our website and service quality.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations (including RERA / Dubai Land Department and AML/CFT requirements where applicable).
- With your consent, to share your enquiry with a relevant developer or partner solely to assist that request.
4. Legal Bases (PDPL)
Under the PDPL, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases, depending on the purpose:
- Consent — for example when you submit a form, ask us to contact you, or accept non-essential cookies.
- Contract / pre-contract steps — where processing is needed to respond to your request or perform brokerage services you ask us to provide.
- Legal obligation — including AML/CFT, RERA / DLD record-keeping and other UAE legal requirements.
- Legitimate interest — operating a licensed brokerage, improving our services and protecting our systems, where balanced against your rights.
You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your Rights). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as needed with:
- Service providers who support our operations (hosting, email/form tools, CRM, analytics, messaging) under arrangements consistent with this policy.
- Developers or partners — only with your consent for a specific enquiry.
- Authorities — where required by UAE law or a competent authority (including RERA, DLD or AML authorities).
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example to handle your enquiry and follow up — and for reasonable business or legal retention periods (including transaction and compliance records where the law requires). When no longer required, we delete or anonymise the data where practicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your Rights Under The PDPL
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention duties.
- Withdraw consent, and object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request portability of data you provided, where applicable under the PDPL.
To exercise these rights, contact us on +971 50 665 2901 or via the Contact page. We will respond within the period required by the PDPL. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or other competent authority.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site function, security and (if enabled) analytics or advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features. Where required, we will seek consent for non-essential cookies.
10. International Transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the UAE. Where that occurs, we take steps appropriate to the tools we use and applicable PDPL transfer requirements.
11. Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact us so we can delete it.
12. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
