What We Need Before We Book

What Happens On The Day

• We confirm time, tower, parking, and who meets you — usually 45–75 minutes for two to three units.
• You see the actual apartment or villa, not a brochure unit, unless the seller only allows a show apartment (we say so in advance).
• We talk view, light, service charge band, and any known building issues — not a sales script.
